Nola Maid cleaned a rental house of mine after the tenants moved out. They did an excellent job cleaning the oven, refrigerator, floors, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, bathrooms, cabinets, etc. Overall they left the house in pristine condition. They cleaned it from top to bottom. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again.

Amazing! I have never hired a cleaning service before but I just moved into my rental after it being occupied by tenants for 5 years. I was amazed at the amount of dirt in the place and quickly realized I needed help. NOLAMAID was recommended to me and I cannot say enough about them. I grew up with an obsessively clean mother and the dirt in this place was giving me anxiety. I wasn't confident that any company would be able to clean to the level my mother cleaned (and therefore what I am used to). They were able to get things clean that I was pretty sure would never be clean again. I was inventorying all the things I would have to throw out and purchase anew. But Tanya and co. did such an amazing job. My kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate! I would not hesitate to use them again. They are amazing, hard working, and frankly miracle workers!

I rely on Tanya's eye for detail and appreciate her thorough work. For my rental units, she always lets me know the status of my supplies. She alerts me if linens, comforters, or carpets need special attention to make sure my property is in tip top shape at all times. Tanya is a good communicator and we work closely to determine scheduling. It can be complicated at times with a busy guest calendar but I've never had a problem in the year we've been working together. I can also rely on her for short notice change overs which is so helpful. In addition, Tanya cleans my home and even came when we had ice storms and terrible weather. Her billing is setup through Quick Books and is stream-lined. She is dedicated, professional, and performs an excellent service. I don't know what I would do without her!

Nola Maid did an excellent job from start to finish. I contacted them through Angies List. They replied promptly and we were able to settle on a date and time for a cleaning all through email. They arrived and did a thorough job cleaning our house that had gotten extra dusty from a dry repair.

Tanya and her team are fantastic. Tanya is the owner/manager and she is courteous, diligent, follows up, tailors her service to our needs. Her staff is equally friendly and everyone has an eye for detail.

NOLA Maids has proven time and time again to be great what they do. I have been using them regularly for the last 6 months, however I was sold after my first cleaning. They bring their own supplies and equipment, however if you have any special requests they will do that as well (e.g. - natural cleaners). They are also willing to do additional cleaning services that are not as often required, such as cleaning the fridge or waxing. I have come home to find a few special touches in my house, as well. Finally, they allow flexibility in their scheduling.



I only have good things to say about the manager, Tanya, as well as her clean team. They are courteous and professional folks who are focused on getting the job done and meeting their clients' needs. Before I decided to commit to hiring a service, I had always been wary of having folks come to my house - especially when I am not there, but with this group it is not an issue; I could actually kick myself for not having done it sooner!

Tanya and Nola Maid are simply fantastic. They've been cleaning my property for more than 5 months and I've been very pleased at every encounter. They're incredibly professional -- they will schedule with you via text, email, or phone -- and responsive. They're very easy to work with as well, since I've rescheduled with them several times. The proprietor, Tanya, is particularly excellent, and you can tell by the way she carries herself and communicates that she runs a very good business. Nola Maid is very easy to use, providing cleaning supplies and equipment themselves, and offering easy payment via credit card right there in your home (via Square). It is not often in the world of house cleaning that you come across someone who is this put together. As someone who runs a small business myself (beauxapps.com -- check us out too!), I can't tell you how impressed I am with the quality of service that Nola Maid provides. I wholeheartedly endorse Nola Maid!
